The Tax Agency provides citizens with a free mobile application for smartphones and tablets that allows easy management and receipt of personal or news notifications, securely and without leaving your home.

It offers digital identity management based on the Reference Number, Cl@ve or electronic certificate (software or NFC with the electronic ID card).

The available services in the app include Income Tax management, appointment scheduling, payment and deferment of debts, notifications and document verification, virtual assistance tools, access to pre-arranged video calls, census data and tax address information, subscription to informational alerts, subscriptions and a search feature for goods in auctions, document signing and consultation of signed documents.

The app provides access to information and the option to receive news updates and personal notifications.

Users provide personal data to log in and identify their device, allowing the Tax Agency to provide personalized services within their jurisdiction. This requires interaction with their own servers. The Tax Agency informs users that this information will be available to their mobile application. The data will only be used for the fulfillment of tax rights and obligations and will not be transferred to third parties unless it complies with Article 95.1 of the General Tax Law.

The app also includes a section with a legally valid privacy notice and ensures the appropriate protection of personal data. Some of this information is stored or sent to Tax Agency servers, exclusively within domains owned by the agency (https://www1.agenciatributaria.gob.es, https://www2.agenciatributaria.gob.es, https://www6.agenciatributaria.gob.es, https://www9.agenciatributaria.gob.es, https://www12.agenciatributaria.gob.es, https://www*.agenciatributaria.gob.es). Additionally, the Tax Agency guarantees that personal information will be stored and used securely, for the necessary period of time, solely to provide the aforementioned personalized services.
